Mr. Maier joins our team at the Munich office, primarily focusing on commercial and corporate law, but also working at the intersection of these areas with labor law as well as Health Care.
In this capacity, he advises companies, shareholders, and the management on corporate law matters, as well as on structuring and implementation of business decisions and organizational frameworks. He advises on corporate transactions (M&A), including due diligence reviews and corporate restructurings.
In addition to his advisory work, he has experience in the judicial enforcement and defense of claims and represents our clients in civil and corporate law disputes.
Mr. Maier studied law at the University of Konstanz and gained experience at various internationally active law firms during his legal training. Admitted to the bar in 2024, he initially worked at a Munich-based law firm specializing in corporate law and litigation until he joined ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT in 2026.
