Mr. Schultz is legally active at the interface between the fields of employment law and medical law. In the field of employment law, he advises our clients on questions of individual employment law, but also in the field of collective employment law and on questions relating to the drafting of employment contracts and works agreements, while in medical and hospital law his focus is on structural issues and their legal and employment law implications.
In addition, Mr. Schultz is also active in the field of commercial and corporate law. He advises and represents our clients nationwide, in particular in corporate disputes and also those with an international dimension.
Mr. Schultz studied law at Kiel University. Subsequently, he completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig with stations in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) and in an international commercial law firm in Hamburg. Mr. Schultz was admitted to the bar in 2020 and initially worked for several years in a medium-sized law firm in the field of commercial law. Since 2023, he has been strengthening our team in Hamburg.
