Mr. Griehl advises healthcare service providers throughout Germany.
He supports players in the healthcare market — including hospitals, medical care centers, practices, and medical supply stores — in all matters relating to medical and hospital law and related areas of law, particularly regulatory issues surrounding medical law. This includes, among other things, providing support during market entry or restructuring. A particular focus of his work is on contract physician and licensing law, as well as the drafting and implementation of cooperation agreements, from the initial concept to the actual implementation, covering all issues that arise.
Another focus of his work is advising on start-ups and investments in the healthcare sector, as well as on transactions in this area. Thanks to his many years of experience, he can draw on his in-depth knowledge at the interface between medical, corporate, and labor law.
In addition to his advisory work, Mr. Griehl also represents our clients in court throughout Germany.
Mr. Griehl studied law at Saarland University. He began his professional career as a lawyer in 2016 after being admitted to the bar. Since then, he has advised exclusively on the provider side in medical and hospital law. In September 2025, he joined the medical and hospital law team at ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT in Hamburg.
