Mr. Algermissen supports our labor law team as an associate based in Hamburg. He advises companies of all legal forms on all aspects of individual and collective labor law. He combines in-depth legal expertise with practical solutions that provide clients with reliable guidance on often complex labor law issues.
His main areas of practice include, in particular, the drafting and review of employment contracts, topics relating to the dismissal protection law, including the drafting of warnings and termination agreements, the resolution of works constitution law issues, and the representation of our clients in dismissal protection proceedings throughout Germany.
Mr. Algermissen studied at the Universities of Münster and Turin. During his legal clerkship, he worked in various law firms specializing in commercial law. He was admitted to the bar in 2025 and has since been supporting the labor law team at ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT in Hamburg.
