Ms. Gül advises our clients from our Munich office on all aspects of labor law, primarily in the areas of individual and works constitution law.
Her range of activities includes, in particular, drafting employment and service contracts, advising on various labor law issues in everyday business life, and representing clients in labor court proceedings. A particular focus here is on advising our clients in connection with the employment of foreign workers and related issues such as the necessary work permits and residence permits.
In addition, Ms. Gül provides cross-functional advice at the interface between labor law and compliance, an area in which she gained practical experience during her legal training and has continued to expand her expertise since then.
Ms. Gül was already active in various law firms during her law studies at the University of Munich. After completing her legal clerkship in Munich with legal internships in large international law firms, she was admitted to the bar in 2025 and has been supporting the labor law team of ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT ever since.
